Seen your post on reddit and I figured I'd give it a shot. The excerpts from your book are what truly convinced me because I like the medieval sort of setting in books and the first excerpt makes me hope there are more epic scenes such as that. The fact that the protagonist is a sort of opposite from the norm, he is looking for the end of peace instead of actually attaining it, makes it harder to predict the full story line(bit of mystery). Best of luck to you with your future novels.

Very engaging read! I've read through it a few times now after seeing a post on Reddit about this book and promptly ordering it.
I ordered it out of curiosity and to help out a nice guy, but I loved the development of the characters and the plot! Highly recommend!
Excellent story. Minor typo's, but nothing story breaking. Helped me see anger diffetently and deal with some demons of my own. Definitely recomend.

This is a must read. No matter where you are in life, or where you come from, you will be able to relate to something in the story!
Great first novel. The story is captivating and the anti-hero is exciting to follow. Definitely a new take on a well favored theme. There were some parts of the story and writing style that could use some work, but if this is any indication of future novels from Warner, I think we can all get excited for what else he has in store for us.
