Love....the eternally transcending trend, without the pop-cultural feel. This love we have for ourselves, our families, our friends, our art, our fellow life forms, our universe. If, then, we are not the highest evolved of all life on Earth, surely this endless list of all we are capable of loving makes us the most unique.

So many traits and characteristics make us unique and comparatively super-natural. Empathy, longing, hope, laughter, tears, orchestras, and the words written atop the Temple of Apollo at Delphi; are we not the electrified dancers of nature and her music?

Creativity had peaked in the universe the instant nature created another who not only could create endlessly, but was also inclined to do so. Here we sit or stand in the moment where the artist/artisan we call reality has left his immaculate paint brush collection in our very own hands. What complex and intricately able architects we life and culture builders are.

Noticing the Noticer

Desire is based on fear. We fear not belonging in a world of alienation. We cling to our group, to our literary knowledge, to anything and everything that supports our definition of ourselves. And as we grow, the old chains, the old things we have clung to, become realized as the bonds that are holding us back. And so we let go of them and experience a feeling of being lost or in limbo, until finally, at least until the next level of transcendent growth, we find ourselves with new friends, new groups, new books, new jobs, new homes, new hang-outs, and overall, new things to cling to.

What we are doing here is trading wombs; and these wombs become larger and more all-embracing as we develop inwardly. We start inside the mother. Then our immediate family and the house that we live in becomes our new womb. A womb is only a perceived and experienced level of protective surroundings. They are necessary and unavoidable. But they expand out into eternity as we climb the ladder of consciousness.

Our next step in expanding our womb past the stage of home and family is our community. We grow into a womb that includes school, friends, church, and the like. Many people stop or slow their development at this stage. The group becomes the safe haven for a small self that fears expanding beyond into the perceived chaos of a world full of millions of other groups with differing ideologies. In America we see the example of many well-known tiny groups or wombs in which a multitude of people settle into for all too long, thus stifling their internal development. These groups include the Christians, the Rastas, atheists, anarchists, white-collar workers, blue-collar workers, activists, cowboys, gangs, nihilists, democrats, republicans, Americans, Mexicans, Italians, the Chinese, Africans, to name a few.

Yet these groups are simply as snake skin, they serve their purpose and then they are shed. As one transcends and climbs higher on the ladder of conscious development, yes the view is more all-encompassing, however, there turns out to be less and less people on the higher rungs of the ladder. Those who fear being alone prefer to remain on the lower rungs despite whether their own inward development is urging another upward transcendence. This is the introduction of the cancer causing conformity, the sacrifice of true self for the safety offered up by the small group.

Knowing that the womb of development expands to include the whole universe and the infinite, all groups on this tiny spec of dust called Earth are seen to be tiny and insignificant in the extreme degree. They are seen to be nothing at all and that they require being left behind like a five-year old child’s infancy clothing. In the grand scheme all ideas of self and world are as temporal as cotton candy on the moist tongue of the divine. Even if one does choose to remain in the tiny group womb mindset their whole life, that mindset will still only be around for maybe 80 or so years as death insures. Nobody can take their womb with them.

The greatest miracle of human existence is that growth and the bliss of knowing and understanding is a process that can move beyond and upward forever. There is no limit to human potential. But just as a rape victim or soldier of war can experience a psychotic split that takes them into an imaginary womb of protection, the many groups we are members of turn out to be imaginary as well. We could consider “crazy” to be one who ignores the truth of never-ending expansion and fearfully remains static in the lifeless embrace of a limiting view. And let us remember that a limiting view is only one that creates the idea of separation. Any view that creates an “us” or “them,” any group that is “believer” or “atheist,” “democrat” or “republican,” etc, these are mind-created ideas as ephemeral as the world of the psychotic patient. The patient is alone in their world. The group-mind is alone amidst a sea of groups.

At the world-centric stance reached after the transcendence of smaller groups, consciousness includes in its natural morals and ethics an all-inclusive lovingness for all life and human on Earth. Many are transcending and climbing consciously to this world-centric stage of development at earlier and earlier ages. To the younger and less experienced youth being on Earth at this time is challenging. And having a world-centric level of awareness causes one to sometimes feel like an alien or a civilized person on a planet of insane apes.

However, this sense of separation is also to be transcended; and understanding is key to this next upward climb. Deeply we look into the causes of abuse and tyranny. We see it in ourselves and come to know that it was birthed out of fear, which then gave birth to desire. We see that society has rarely put focus on the conscious development of its individual citizens. We see that in leading by example our nations have taught its peoples to exploit each other and compete and fight each other for material gain and status. We see that, generally speaking, ignorance is ignorance and what has always been ignored, what we’ve always been ignorant of, are our true selves, which have been with us all along. It is impossible to hurt or exploit others when the true self has been experienced and known.

So we see all of the human created suffering in the world as simply ignorance in action. There is no evil to be fightin’ only ignorance to enlighten. And beyond the conceptual mind is direct experience, which is predominantly how we’ve learned all along. A true teacher says little and does everything. A person learns to punish themselves for life by being punished by adults in youth. A murderer learns to kill in a world where national leaders push buttons and drop bombs over petty kindergarten disagreements and squabbles. And individuals experience and learn peace in the presence of a self-realized saint who has discovered peace within. There is no other way for peace to be learned and spread. Books will not do the job, for divine instinctual morals that are as natural and effortless as keeping the heart beating have nothing to do with concepts and words. One’s inward/outward direct experience has been the master all along. And when the student and master become one, all that remains is the experience.

May we all endeavor to be deeper feelers along with our deeper thinking. May we rise to the fourth dimension and leave all fears behind. May we find our stillness in mind and our experience closer than at hand. May we take refuge in that great self and be the love we wish to see in the world. May we exist as love as an example. May we be healthy and relaxed, ever blooming and yet in each moment bloomed. There is no past to carry. An oak does not hearken back to his painful fall to the ground as an acorn. There is only the oak, rooted to the Earth, strong and steady and new in each moment.

As a newborn baby in every moment is this liberated self. Our being can only reflect on how far we’ve come. And anything lacking in the exemplification of love is nature’s sign that there’s still work to be done. Nothing to judge, just a light cast into the shadows to be noticed. Just noticing can be difficult when our childhood upbringing taught us to judge ourselves as bad or good depending on our ignorant and still learning behavior. To notice is to be silent in the mind and observe. The light of observation is all that is required to alight the dusty lamps once hidden in the shadowy corners of our minds. Any response other than silent noticing should be used for simple insight and inquiry. But in simply curiously observing without judgment our actions and thoughts we do all that is required for the next womb transcendence of consciousness. We are separating from our thoughts, or rather realizing we never were our thoughts but the seer or experiencer or awareness of thoughts. This experiencer of the thoughts becomes more real to us and what is run amuck in our minds begins to fade as we begin to invest less and less energy into it.

Relaxation is the way of the universe. And a tightly pent-up mind is equivalent to a tightly pent-up body. Being consciousness is the most relaxing thing there is because there is no more small you for there to be problems. No one can oppose no-thingness. Try and defeat space. Consciousness is great! It incorporates all as it is all. The entire landscape, the many forms of life, the planets and stars and the space between, in and around, and the experiencer itself, it is all one. Where is the room for another’s harsh words to pierce when you are the totality occurring eternal?

And so upward growth in conscious self-realization is in all obvious forms the true calling at the root of all misunderstood desires, all desires being misunderstood. It should be the prime focus for any sentient being. And there is never a better time for this focus to begin other than now. It is truly the most fascinating of all focuses. And no excuse for avoiding it can ever be adequate. It does not require any effort what-so-ever except just to notice it; to notice what is occurring in each moment in detachment and simple non-judging observation.

The effort is only in the beginning. It is like pulling the chain on the lawnmower; the first few pulls and the engine almost gets going until finally it goes and goes. But this lawnmower doesn’t run out of gas because it soon realizes that it is the gas and the gas is eternal. This is the power of noticing, because noticing awakens you more and more to the noticer as opposed to what’s noticed. As the noticer becomes more noticed in the juxtaposition of all things perceived in the contextual/conceptual mind, it is realized that the noticer is not any of these things noticed in the slightest. In fact, the noticer is nowhere to be found, or rather only now-here to be found in the moment to moment being. It is indescribable, indefinable, and, according to most scientists, non-existent, which is accurate yet not complete.

“It IS,” is all we can say about it. It exists as the ground of all existence. But it itself is never what anyone can think. To see it as a thought is still to be the silent noticer of that thought and thus not whatever picture the thought itself is creating in our imaginations…our minds. The silent noticer is life itself and yet is nowhere to be seen with eyes. It is only the human being who can begin, or rather continue this upward transcendence of consciousness that all life-forms experience each moment. The noticer does not think, it only notices thinking. Where is the stress for one who has taken refuge in the noticer of stress?

There is a call to as many humans as possible to set the trend for conscious evolution focus. And this trend must begin with each and every one of us. We as individuals must simply notice. And what is noticed might appear to become more harmonious and less chaotic. Freedom and liberation is the gift, peace in the world is the result.

Loneliness

It's a big deal and all, for most people. What is loneliness? It's feeling that there is something outside of ourselves that will make us happy and/or complete. The union between opposites is the way toward harmony in this universe. The body is the way. So it's not ridiculous to feel a yearning toward the other. If your yearning is toward a member of humanity that makes you feel special and you feel special about this person, there's nothing wrong with that. But the only healthy way to look at this is to see this dream come true as a way of being near that which exudes the very qualities of yourself that you wish to express and accept. Society is divisive. We separate our children from birth with ideas about what a man and a woman must be.

We feel lacking in our complete self because we are separated from our other side at birth.

The Great Discovery

All that ever happened in the past was meant to be, and it has brought us to this moment where all that is is fully accepted. It is only in the full acceptance of this moment that transformation can occur.

The interdependence, and thus unification, of all things becomes increasingly clear as one matures and lets go of self-image identifications. One steps back and notices how dependent the self-image of "atheists" is on the self-image of "believer in God." Without believers there would be no atheists, for an atheist defines himself as one who isn't a believer; and conversely, the believer defines himself as one who isn't a non-believer or atheist. The two self-images completely compliment each other and depend on each other for their very definition and existence. Yet one on either side of this heads or tails coin 99% of the time does not realize that, be it heads or tails, the coin itself is what has value. We can't expect to find a store that accepts only halves of coins.

The only way to transcend the blind limits of a self-image that would deny the very need for its opposite in order to exist is to step back and have a look at the relationship between the two. For like each plus having an equal minus in the force of electircity, the stronger one pulls on the tug of war in the name of God, the stronger another pulls on the rope in the name of atheism. Like the heart and the brain, the two cannot exist and function without the other.

The unifying device of the universe is awareness itself. It does not prefer one self-image over the other. It forgets choosing sides and enjoys the wealth of coins without conflict. The unifying theory that scientists have sought in order to explain the macrocosm and the quantum microcosm is simply awareness itself. It is what unifies. The present and fully here and now awareness is the half-way point between the infinite outer world and the infinite inner world. Awareness is what underlies all existence. The perfection of our clockwork solar system inside this perfectly flowing and harmonious galaxy of solar systems, the expansion and development of life into this perfect vehicle for awareness called "the human being" to experience itself as universe, all has not been a dead and lifeless series of win-the-lottery-type accidents. You are that intelligent, unifying force that has been present forever. Life itself is a paradox where seemingly inconsistent opposites are both true. There is destiny, and there is free will. There is eternity, and yet there is only now.

All that is was once whole. It is only in the mind that things are perceived as separate. Yet even the mind came out of this wholeness. Thus every human being innately remembers the completion and wholeness from which all things came. The next step in evolution is for you to choose to remember and identify with yourself as awareness, the unifier of all opposites. Every cause and effect are both the cause and effect of each other, for both cannot exist independently without the other. Yet this unification can never be realized without awareness. Awareness is the unifying force that holds this whole universe together.

The "great discovery" we've all been waiting for in order to save human kind and all life on Earth is the same force that develops as, and maintains, the universe. This great discovery is awareness itself, and TAG, you're it!!!!

Men Can Cry, Women Too

To our culture it is more acceptable to appear strong rather than weak. It follows that when one is hurt it is better to express this pain with anger rather than tears. However, the truth of weakness lies in the fact that only a weakling would feel the need to mask the pain by projecting an image of power through expressions of rage. The strength, then, is to be found in the security of being in the pain and not feeling that the pain need be expressed in any other way than naturally, with tears and a lower mood. The secure person isn't concerned about being perceived by society as weak for feeling and expressing personal hurt. This is natural living and because it contradicts influential societal expectations, it can also be considered heroic and brave.

From here on out, try and see the innocent infant child in everyone you meet. All people then easily appear as equals: all wanting love, safety, happiness, and joy. The people in our society who act the toughest, who pack on the most muscle, who shrug off war and murder as "necessary acts" that help with population control, people who get the most tatoos, ride motorcycles with the toughest crew, join the strongest gangs, and even end up in prison, all are really the tiny infants in need of the most love, which is the only source of true healing. The people among us who present themselves as the toughest are the most insecure, for the truly secure needn't put an ounce of energy into presenting any self-image to the world.

All of us have insecurities, fears, and past pains inside. Those who project any kind of image in order to protect themselves and deny their own insecurity are obviously the most insecure. These attempts are completely fruitless because their wish was to appear less vulnerable and insecure, yet every conscious being on Earth can spot their insecurity in their every movement and act and word. The more they try, the more obvious the scared little infant child in them becomes. The only way to continue pretending successfully is to remain around unconscious people. But the healing they are really needing, the love the infant craves, cannot be found amongst the unconscious.

It is the aware, who lack the need to project out a self-image, that become perfect mirrors to reflect back unconscious behavior to the unconscious people. One who is acting with all his might to present a certain self-image becomes completely obvious to himself only when in the presence of somebody who is being natural and free. This free being doesn't judge the non-free, and thus the non-free become aware of the potential to be free around those who are already free. This is the meaning of unconditional love. Being love, being peace, being natural is effortless. The infant knows how to do it well. All we must do is simply remember. Not a single person lacks the ability to simply be.

When and unconscous self-image projecting person is around other unconscious self-image projectors the result is that the game becomes "Who can project the best and most real self-image?" But any self-image is false to begin with. They can only appear to be real. They never are, for being is effortless, whereas projecting a self-image requires enough work to cause cancer, heart-attacks, and innumerable diseases such as depression and the sense of complete loneliness and isolation.

Relationships and Inward Solitude

Wars are faught when two sides agree that disagreeing is disagreeable. This agreement is another form of conformity and unity. It is when civilization has evolved to view disagreement as the only true way to peace and wisdom that all will profit from a level of life and worldly experience on this Earth that compares with the difference between the lives of those in Plato's cave and that of the quite sitting Buddha who knows.

We must remain in constant inward solitude, for this is the only reality. It is only ourself inside of ourselves. Nobody can ever join us there. The more we try to blend in and conform with the testaments of how the world is according to outward information the more we disconnect with our center and source and all powers granted by nature and the divine.

A healthy relationship is not one that would have one person or both attempting to win the other to his or her side. There is no side. The center is dimensionless. The harmonious relationship is one where disharmony is the goal in that disharmony is viewed as two that can never be outwardly one; yet can be one inwardly where only each one can know.

Disagreement must be found agreeable for this to work. Though two energies who truly do meet on the inward planes and vibrate each other to a higher pitch will most likely be much closer to the same experience of reality. Those whose energies do not vibrate inwardly in a harmonious fashion will most likely be in complete or near complete denial of the subjectivity of individual conscious experience of reality. These types of people are generally base souls (soul being used here to describe that which is aware and exists as experiencer) who have limited themselves early on from graduation to higher levels of conscious experience of a more true and absolute reality. Absolute reality underlies all experience. With age and wisdom comes the falling away of personalized fallacies clung to in the developing stages in order to defend against the insecurity of uncertainty.

This is why many who attempt to explain "true" reality as something they alone have access to and can give to others through their words are simply the least connected since true knowledge and connection with the absolute is only gotten to inwardly and by the road of solitude. It is only the individual that can embody virtue. Any who attempt to hand out this virtue are simply subtracting from ultimate virtue by pulling us away from virtue's only path.

Truly listen to others, and they will begin to develop the courage to truly listen to themselves. It is this encouragement that is the highest endeavor and creates the greatest good. For it is a society of people as strongly rooted and secure as Redwoods that becomes impossible to lead like cattle into battle. Peace on Earth requires that all men and all women retreat silently back to the self and in doing so, as the wise poet in India once said, "bannish the dream that sunders part from whole."

Here We Go!!!

This marks the first post since July last year. It's important to distinguish from the writing of last year and the writing of right now. The words from here on out are clear, and are coming from an almost completely different person. The awakening experience the universe was kind enough to bestow has allowed for a clarity and an understanding that surpasses what I have ever imagined in the past.

I will leave the past posts up and not delete them. They were the journey to understanding the depths of it All. They were a painful road toward enlightenment. But necessary none the less. The difference in their content and the content to come will be more than obvious to anybody who reads them. I've not looked over what was written back in July or the posts from before that. But I'm sure there is at least a little spark of truth in them. So, they may still have insights of import. However, what is to follow is an account coming from a completely clear and fully knowing being who has crossed over to the other side and discovered that both sides were one and were here all along. There will be apparent paradoxes in the minds of those who do not yet know. But I will attempt to explain these paradoxes (such as how there can be free will and destiny at the same time, and how there can be a one that is many and a many that is one) using the ever elusive symbolic language we use everyday. I hope your journey toward creating world peace becomes easier and more enjoyable as a result. Thank you and enjoy life.......

It has just come to my attention.........

It has just come to my attention after a few hours of sleep and two of the most deep meditation sessions I've ever experienced that everything in my last post is true. But, and this is the biggest but of the realization, so is the opposite. Though the mind was created and draws energy from the negatives we've all been instructed were to avoided at all costs, it has come to my most recent understanding that the mind is also created by that which has been deemed allowable, tolerable, proper, righteous, and good. These two, the negatives and the positives, they are two sides to the same coin. The coin is thought. The mind clings to both and in doing so continues to insist it in fact is an existing entity with an identity that is EITHER bad or good or somewhere along these lines.

Now it is clear what is the difference between "thinking" and "thought", as L.C. Singh had written me in an email. Thinking is concious, whereas thought is unconscious, divided, separate.

True liberation is freedom from the coin itself. Now it finally makes sense what Neo was told by Morphius in the film, The Matrix: "There is a difference between Knowing the path, and walking the path." Liberate yourself from mind.

Hooks and Strings

For some time now I've been in deep and probing study of serial killers and murders as a way to psychologically understand the depths of the "criminal" mind, or as I would call it "the extreme ignorant mind", in order to create a true prison character for my upcoming film project with the working title: Crime and Enlightenment. This probe into the dark recesses of the dismal abyss has made an impression that is not only indelible but quite ironic considering where it's come from, as well as considering the deep spiritual truth in which it represents. Who knew that these stories and these true people that are feared the most as the "monsters of society" would become my greatest teachers?

Before beginning this research I had not only had my reservations against such a terrifying inquiry, but I had also already come to some deep understandings about the mind and how it works as well as just what it is. My understandings were this: any judgments, any labels, any accusations from a person are merely projections from an insane mind. There is no mind that is sane. Your mind actually consists of the very accusations and judgments we make about others. The real me is the light within my being, which resides in the eternal now. The judgments, the accusations, the labels, they are what my mind has been conditioned to disown, and because it has been told that these things are "bad" and "forbidden", it is as Mr. Singh has said about his Master telling him to think about anything BUT a monkey, "All I could think about after that WAS a monkey." The mind has become all that society has told it not to become. This inward rebelliousness is the opposite of the spiritual surrender that all of us must learn if we are to even glimpse this true moment and reside where time does not.

So it is well know that all minds in society are innately insane. The constantly chatter-boxing mind with its fear, its inadequacies, its controlling and grasping nature, its worry, its continuous linear snatching of self-projection and the vitality and spontaneity that is the birth right of our TRUE selves, it is nuts and can do nothing but continue manifesting the illusion of past and future that helps it to avoid the now, which would be its egoic death if the now ever were to be discovered by the ACTUAL being. The being notices the flowers, and as Mr. Singh from Mumbay would say, "it investigates." The mind, however, misses this TRUE reality and can do nothing but PROJECT its own "reality", which is of course only an illusion.

We exist in a world full of hooks and strings. Everyone has a button to be pushed. And every button is a string hanging down like yarn from this scared and defensive mind. And we all have hooks. We all have within our minds the hooks that tug on the strings of other minds, while their hooks tug on the strings of our own minds. This is why an abuser gets together with the abused. This is why two people can fight or why two nations can go to war. Why do some people get pissed off at traffic, and others get pissed off at the words of the president? These are just the hooks that happen to fit these certain strings.

In my studies of serial killers, I came across many interesting things. I think it was a fellow named John Wayne Gayce that would dress up as a clown (he was terrified of clowns as a child) and kidnap younger men who looked or were gay. He would then torture them, kill them and mutilate them. But why? And how? HOw could a human being do this to another human being? How could this man stand there and look into the eyes of an innocent flesh and blood young person while they cried out for mercy, while they whimpered for release and compassion as they feared for their own lives and as they had knives plunged into their torsos mercilessly and savagely?

All of the serial killers had a few things in common. They all completely avoided learning the names of their victims. Most of them would also tape or gag the mouths of their victims so as to avoid witnessing a personality from them because, as they said, "it ruined the fantasy." What was "the fantasy"? John Wayne Gayce was terrified of clowns as a child. He was also dressed like a girl by his mother until he was seven years old and she beat him mercilessly when he cut off his feminine looking hair. His father would torture him and call him a "no good evil queer." And so Gayce entered the extremity of insanity and went in search of the proper screen for his projections, the proper hook for his strings. He found young men who looked weak and queer, everything his victimizing father taught him was to be banished from the planet mercilessly, everything he himself as victim had been accused of being by his victimizing father. He then dressed up as the object of his greatest terror, a clown, which represented the thing to be feared the most to himself, and he kidnapped and killed the men who he silenced as to avoid interrupting his projection with their actuality. He tried to kill that which his insane mind was conditioned to banish. And like Mr. Singh's monkey, his mind could do nothing of the sort, it became that which it was taught to fear and hate and judge, what it was told above all NOT to accept, not to think about.

After my studies of these serial killers, I found them to be my greatest teachers. Because they are the extreme and unavoidable examples of the insane mind that dwells within us all. All of these serial killers were completely unconscious of their own projections and the true reasons that they chose the victims that they chose. Each serial killer was interviewed countless times in order for scientists and criminal psychologists to learn and understand what makes them tick. Each was asked if the killing was satisfying. Though they all had had periods of fantasizing about killing for sometimes up to months and years, they all said that the actual killing was just as disappointing as when you go on a shopping spree and you purchase everything you've always wanted and you get home and you feel a let down. This is why they continued to kill and why they are called "serial killers." They kept assuming that eventually they could satisfy the fantasy with each kill. And they repeated again and again and again and again the same action, completely unconscious of what they were doing and why.

It took these extreme examples for me to see that these serial killers are merely representative of the insanity of every runaway mind that clings to its own idea of itself. To stop right now, to observe this mind without the judgments and labels that have led to its construction, to silently begin to pay attention, this is the awakening of the presence. This is the light of consciousness transmuting the dark unconscious corners of this false and destructive entity that has been and continues to be behind all wars, all fighting, all conflict, all psychological fear, all of the things in the world that we wish to change, all of the illusion that some of us have begun to notice. We must begin now to "be the change we wish to see in the world." We must begin NOW to become conscious and exemplify the way to peacefully be in the world. We are the peaceful revolution leaders! And we will show them the way by example.

So I was out walking from the library to the farmer's market and I wasn't feeling too great. I was wondering what there could be to learn that would allow me to stop taking things personally. In my mind I know that other people's negativities and negitive ways of treating me or others has absolutely nothing to do with me. But I just could never live this truth. I could never fully embody it.......until now. Why do I feel like an infomercial salesman right now?

Ok, so all of the sudden it clicked: If all that ACTUALLY exists is love, and the core of my ACTUAL self exists, then I am pure love. So how can pure love take anything personally when anything that is bothersome must not be love? So that's when the words came in my head: "If it isn't love, then it isn't real and it has nothing to do with me." Because I am pure love. That's all that actually exists. So if it isn't love, then it isn't real and it has absolutely nothing to do with me. Tell you what, once you say this over and over a few times while recalling instances when you've felt bothered or intentionally hurt, you begin to disassociate yourself from feeling as if there were something wrong with you. You begin to realize that itall had nothing to do with you and therefore taking it personally was only about buying in to the illusion.

So I repeated over and over again in my head and being, "If it isn't love, then it isn't real and it has nothing to do with me." This is my new mantra. Say it again and again and see what occurs. I must have repeated it at least a hundred times while cooking dinner tonight. It can be said while walking, cooking, bathing, etc. It needs to be said over and over, because when it becomes repetative it then has the opportunity to get in the gap and into the root of you because the conscious mind will forget all about it and it will continue being said by you without notice. It becomes unconscious and reaches into the unconscious where we've so many times taken things personally without even understanding these dynamics.

Since saying this so many times today, my back, the tightest spot behind my left shoulder blade, has finally started releasing. I've realized some deep truth. If it isn't love, then it IS NOT real and it has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with me.

All There is IS Love!!! Doo, doo, doo, doo, doo

Hey individuals (Peaceful Revolution Leaders). A friend recently asked me "What do you think love is?" My answer: I think that love is all that actually exists and that the rest is pure illusion.

Thinking about it more, I can see how this answer may make me appear a bit disconnected as far as romantic love is concerned. However, I don't feel disconnected. Yet, I must admit, it may be so.

For now, I wish to continue sharing what love actually is. It is interesting to note that I believe that all we are is love. That all that exists is love. And the coolest thing happens when we start to see this way. The definition of "truth" is "that which exists". So if we exist, then we are pure truth, and the mystics are correct: We must banish all illusory ideas about who we think we are. We must let go of the false beliefs we have about ourselves and the world. How do you know what is false in your beliefs? Just ask yourself: Is it loving? If not, there you go. Drop it.

If you feel insecure, then there is a belief in you that you are not good enough. It is not a loving thing to believe that about yourself. Therefore it is not true. It is not love and love is all there is. So banish this belief. I know, easier said than done. Perhaps it will be easier once we have come to accept the reality of all there is being love. Let me continue a bit.

Truth is that which exists. We exist, therefore we are pure truth. Therefore we expand as we collect or connect with more and more truth, as we become more aware. It is interesting that that which exists is attracted to that which actually exists as well. The reflection of this can be seen in the material world as well. All things that exist (are actual) have gravity; meaning that all things that exist are attracted to all things that exist. The only force in the universe that doesn't have an opposable force is gravity. Could gravity be an aspect of love. Could that be the very glue that ties it all together? It is interesting to note that all exerienced spirits feel a stronger and stronger sense of longing for the universal oneness to occur and be expressed through peaceful unification within the human race, this inner longing increases in direct proportion to the individuals spiritual development or self-actualization (when the self gets to know its actuality and consequently sheds the blockages of illusion that have kept such sights of actuality from the inner vision).

Gandhi said "Be the change you wish to see in the world." Perhaps it's ok to go a step further and say that all that actually exists IS the change we all wish deeply to see in the world. And the rest is simply illusion and the results of societies living and operating as if this illusion were the reality. Once we notice and live from the perspective that all that ACTUALLY exists is love, we then begin to see it everywhere. We begin to be grateful to the sun, which lovingly transforms 4 million tons of itself per second into free energy for all of life to prosper, all without asking for a single thing in return, not even a thank you. Thank you sun!

If all there is IS love, then it would appear that the unification of the entire universe is already a reality in every dimension. The only place that this oneness isn't so as of yet is within the minds of those who live in the illusion. And the consequences of these minds and there current abode is the myriad wars, violence, abuse, rape, torture, etc. that we're sure to be shown daily by the minute on every news channel and in nearly every periodical and daily paper. The last question of the night arises here as such: If there really is a collective consciousness and it shifts as we evolve down the road of time with each and every broadly perceived truth, then it would become our moral responsibility as wise and highly evolved spiritual members of this collective to actively become more and more evolved and aware of the deeper realities that both await us and in fact ARE us. I suppose that wasn't really a question now, was it? It's true, all there is IS Love!

Like Attracts Like

It's so true, like attracts like. We attract to us that which is within us as well as that which we feel inwardly is what we need. I'm not an expert on this dynamic. But I've witnessed it enought to be able to comment on it a bit.

My friend Andreas was teaching a class in Paris and all of the people that showed up were so nice and evolved and spiritually open and higher in vibration. The very next day, all of the people who came to his class were all closed and lower energy. How come they all congregated that way without ever knowing each other before hand? How come some people keep getting in relationships with the same type of people? How come there were so many congregated in Germany at the same exact time that were willing to act out the attrocities toward the Jewish people? How come clicks are able to develop in schools? How come two people like the Comumbing students were able to find each other? What is this like attracts like quality within us, and why has it been so ignored?

It is true that since science may not be able to explain the dynamics of energy within the human that is outwardly viewed as personality, it may be something that the majority rarely if ever thinks about. But it's an important subject, if you ask me. It is one worth exploring, because we can learn so much about ourselves by understanding that we attract situations and people into our life. That makes us consciously aware and therefore more in control of the circumstances that occur in our lives. Sometimes we attract that which we are like, and sometimes we attract that which we are definitely not like but feel like we are. Sometimes we attract that which we feel we deserve. But if we are able to attract anything toward us, why not heal that which feels it deserves less that perfect, less than the best for us?

How do we do this? That's probably the next question. I'm honestly not perfectly sure. It feels like the best way is to relax and inquire within, not inquire without. It's more important to ask inwardly these types of questions. Questions like: "Who am I really?" or "Why do I keep attracting these types of people?" or "Am I really fully responsible for the people and situations that I attract into my life or is there simply a randomness to life that is based on luck and chance?" or "What can I do to become so clear on these matters that I can attract and create the life that I've always dreamt possible for me but perhaps thought wasn't possible and thus have not persued?"

It feels like these types of personal questions may just be an answer, and perhaps the best of them. Hope this post is beneficial in some way......

Lower Energy Zapping!!!

I've been Zapped!!! In the past I was zapped quite a bit without knowing what being zapped meant. Now I'm well aware and it's clear and obvious: Lower energy people who reside inside of anger, hatred, spite, jealousy, and just plain meanness, they see someone who is happy, light and free and they attack; they zap!!!

Last night I was zapped by a woman who is truly insane. She lives in the same area I do. She cornered me last night and began to attack me verbally for no reason. It was plain to see that she was projecting some kind of inner past negativity residing within herself onto me. But in her mind, it was me that was the cause of her inner termoil. So she attacked. She zapped!!! I haven't been able to protect myself from this kind of energy zapping in the past. I've just done my best to avoid it. But I'm just now becoming aware of ways of protecting myself agains this lower energy zapping.

So many people live with roommates or friends or family or mates that are like this. Every day they get zapped by these lower energy people they either live with or work with. This zapping is literally life-sucking. It sucks the life right from your aura. You feel the life been yanked out of you by these lower energy people. They are energetically raping you. And the question is why? Why do they attack and bring wars where there is peace? Why?

The only thing I can think of at this point is this: It is just as uncomfortable for a high energy peaceful person to be around a hateful, spiteful, mean lower energy person as it is for a lower energy life-sucking zapper to be around a happy, content higher energy person. The difference is that a high energy person solves the issue by walking away from the lower energetic rapist, while the forces of darkness solve their issues by attacking. It is just that simple, I believe. There is nothing personal about it. They are rabbies stricken dogs who only know how to growl and foam at the mouth and bite. While we who have evolved and healed into this blissful and joyous state of inward serenity only know how to blow onward like the peaceful spring breeze. I'm wondering if there are other things to learn as far as dealing with these lower level forces of nastiness. Maybe there is a way to shield one's self from these attacks and counter-strike with rays of love. No matter what the answer is, be sure to avoid the lower energy zapping, because it IS life-sucking, and you are responsible for your life and survival. Why keep letting someone stab you to death?

Using People!!!

It has just become quite clear to me that the majority of businesses are running without the proper foundation. Unless you are operating with the employees in mind as your main goal of development, you are then using others as a means to an end, and this must end immediately if you are to no longer effect negatively the oneness for which you are a part of. It must end ASAP!! Do not think of others as a means to your own idealized end. How dare you?

Let us not get into this slave owner mentality, which my child self wishes would have ended centruries ago. The goal isn't in the future. It is in this moment. And it is an experience with those who you are fortunate enought to have working with you not for you. They are fortunate to be with you on this endeavor as well. But do not ever pretentiously involve them in the "I am more and you are less" game. That is where you can definitely stop and let go of this fault of yours which inhibits the development of others on this same spiritual journey as yourself. It sickens me somewhat, especially after slavery has been abolished and the equal rights movements have long been fought. Do not degrade us as a collective and evolved race any longer by subscribing to this lesser or more idealogy. Grow up and join the now!!!

It's Quite Clear

Love is the highest vibration, the highest frequency, the highest endeavor, and in really it is the only thing that ACTUALLY exists. All else is illusion. Shadow and darkness are not real. They simply are the ABSENCE of light. Yet so many put faith into and belief into this non-existence, this darkness, this "evil". So many are taught by the very religion they have come to know as the "bringer of truth and love" that the darkness is real and to be feared. They are taught that if they do not fear the darkness and watch their every move that they will be punished forever and ever in eternally burning fire. It is the evolved conscious soul that hears of such nonsense and realizes that this very statement can only have been created by someone dwelling in an area that is missing quite a bit of light. The only way to get others to pay attention to and believe such nonsense is to use fear tactics like the idea of eternal torturous burning fire.

On that happy note, it is quite easy to see how fear has ruled throughout the most powerful nations for so long. It is quite easy to see how a little toddler can be told of eternal damnation, with the promise of a loving God, and come out disconnected from the place where God actually resides. Fear is in the head. God is in the heart. Both are spoken of together. Yet only one DEMANDS attention. God is opened arms. Fear is yanking and tugging. Who will win this tug of war? It will not be the head, for in order to win a war, there has to be two opposing forces. The heart does not oppose. It exists as example and reality. The illusion will vaporize along with all temporal things.

I've kept myself from speaking too deeply on spiritual matters because of a fear of losing people. I've not wanted to scare people away. The fear is already embedded in them. And it is a system of control that keeps things like the above paragraphs being triggers for them to stop reading and to run away. Yet, the self-observer can be sure of this: anytime the automatic response is fear, the device that is being expressed is control from without. One who is connected with the truth is not afraid of a single thing. One who has seen enough of reality to let go of all deeply ingrained fears is sure to be living a life without suffering; is free to be one with all; is free to be one with God.

It may appear to have been a shame to have had so many suffer under the ruling authority of religion, either through the inquisition-styled control, manipulation, torture, and punishment of the church, or by simply having the church lay claim on the spiritual truths at the heart of all religions consequently keeping their followers from connecting with those truths (about the oneness) through the use of fear. Yet, the planet Earth may appear to be imperfect in shape, filled with mountains and valleys, imperfect by far. But from the Moon's perspective, Earth is a perfectly glowing sphere. We are fortunate enough to peer back at history from the Moon-like perspective of the Now. And from the present we see how far away and perfect things look in history. All was meant to be. The suffering occurred. We have learned. We are all fully responsible and pledge to end war, famine, abuse, killing, and all suffering within our lifetimes. It will be so.

Now, the box we have viewed news of the world from has shown us quite a bleak picture. But that is not the world. Saying that news-programs are the world is like looking at the night-time sky through a toilet paper roll and then saying that there are only thirteen stars that exist. We must look at the other 99 % of the world, the rest of this beautiful star-filled sky. We must shine the light of our awareness upon all of the love, beauty, truth, and compassion that exists so that it all becomes brighter and clearer for others to see as well. Like attracts like. Pay attention to the peace, to the truth, to the beauty, to the oneness, and what will manifest is more of these things. In 1991 the number of active major armed conflicts (wars) in the world was 31. Today, July 2nd 2006, the number is 17. Soon there will be none.

There is a movement. It is not unlike the movements exemplified and helped along by people like Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr. Though, this is not a local movement. It is a global movement. Despite the many physical borders, all nations of people are becoming one as we speak. Global thinking, global living, global habitation, globality is occurring. Led by the artists, the musicians, the filmmakers, the writers, the examples of the very universe they inhabit, the creative ones. All are connecting more and more with the absolute via these influences. The centuries long ruling of those seeking power and control is coming to an end. We can all count ourselves as quite fortunate to be here and to be helping it all along through the self-enlightenment that we allow for ourselves so that we too can lead simply by example. The rebel spirit within all of us would have it no other way.

You Know You are Ready For Love When..............

I think you know when you are ready for a healthy relationship when you are ok alone. This is the signal. When you can sit alone and know in your life that all is well and will be well even if you never have someone come along that is a great match for you, this is when you are ready for that which is the epitome of the perfect union.

Why are we so afraid to be alone? What is it that makes us so scared? Is it a series of deaths, like the new agers and Hindu people would say? So many lives lost that we are used to associating loss with death and loneliness cuz we ourselves have always died alone and have always felt loss alone? Have we intrinsically associated death and being alone and love and loss with each other, thus making us intrinsically fearful? Hmmmmm.

It's all around and it's all I want to talk about right now. Most of my friends are having relationship troubles. Most of my friends are feeling lonely or have felt lonely recently. It is important to look into some of the fundamentals of love, loneliness, insecurity, and the purpose of these things.

In society, we have our divisions. We divide ourselves as children. We learn that there are two: Good/Bad, Safe/Unsafe, Beautiful/Ugly, True/False, White/Black, Straight/Gay, and of course Masculine/Feminine(which influences our psychology the most). It is true, our male/female label tends to compartmentalize us all in countless and the deepest of ways. Our clothing, how we walk, how we dress, what we are allowed to say, think and do. Our demeanor, our personality, our inner strength, our leadership skills, and of course what we search for in a mate. The last of these is important to understand.

We push into our subconscious the very things that we are taught isn't allowed to be expressed in us because it isn't in line with our sex. We end up unconsciously looking for these qualities in our lovers and even in our friends. The usual qualities we push into our subconscious are found in the parent of the opposite sex. I was taught that I am a man and that I must represent my gender, thus all that I see exemplified by the opposite sex (most always by the mother if you are a boy) is considered to belong to that sex and thus not acceptible within and only repressible.

So, since our unconscious mind stores all of these qualities that we learn yet cannot express, the only way for the self to feel complete is to either learn to express and integrate these qualities that are both masculine and feminine, or attach one's self to a member of the opposite sex that resembles the qualities that we ourselves have in us inwardly. The self feels that just to be near these qualities expressed by a member of the opposite sex is enough. But it is never enough. Eventually there is the frustration of the realization of the fact that you cannot possess the other and that true and 100% unification is not a possibility and never will be.

It is important to realize that not all of the qualities we associate with the opposite sex and thus repress and bury into the unconscious mind are specifically found in the paren of the opposite sex. This isn't always so. In fact, society seems bent on telling us what is feminine and masculine every day in every ad, in every song, on every program, in every book, in every conversation, in every class, etc. So, so long as we see compassion, sensitivity, lovingness, softness, tenderness, and other qualities of this sort as feminine qualities, we can count on the majority of men in society to be lacking in these qualities in their outward manifestation. And so they will be looking for mates who exemplify these qualities so that they can project their own images of the repressed self onto them and feel subconsciously that they are well on their way to a true unification of self, both repressed and expressed.

This may very well be the reason that many women go out with men who other men consider to be jerks. Many men have always been stumped by this. A comic once said, "I don't get it. I've spent half my life trying not to treat women like objects, and consequently I've had to treat objects like women." So, many women may choose a man who is tough, emotionally closed, and a bit mean even. These are qualities that are thought to be masculine, and thus they are qualities that are repressed within women. So some women search them out in an outwardly manifested form, such as a jerk. The truth is, women are disconnected with their own inner power, and so the power they see displayed by others becomes very attractive.

The key to personally enlightening ourselves on this matter and developing an inner completeness that will allow us to finally experience true love without dependency and attachment is to start right now by observing what it is that we find attractive in others. We can begin to see what it is in us that has been repressed and start to become ok with the expression of these qualities. We must be whole and walk through life with experience of this type of abundant inner-strengh. This type of happiness is already ours. It is already here. It is within us. And it is avaible now, in the now. Isn't it nice to learn that all that we've ever wanted is already ours and already here with us? It is us. Now let the search vehicle turn around and reverse the outward search. Let's head inward and become healthy, sane, and complete people so that we can lead by example and help others to discover their own inner-strength and experienc their own completion. This is love.

One of the Best Experiences of My Life!

I'm completely Zen-ed out right now. I've just done my first session of this really really really really really really really really really really really AWESOME and freeing meditation called Catharsis and Celebration.

It was PHENOMENAL. The first ten minutes is chaotic breathing. Every event, taught lesson, tragic memory, great memory, everything that the body and mind has experience is tied in to the breath. So for ten minutes you chaoticly breathe in and out as fast and as vigorously and as deeply as you can. You totally fill your being with an overabundance of oxygen.

Then you explode! For the next fifteen minutes you just let go and do whatever you feel like. You just let your energy explode and your body and mind express themselves how ever, without trying to control it or inhibit it at all.

Then you spend ten minutes jumping up and down and saying "HOO" real load every time you land. It connects you with your lower chakras, which are the ones usually most cut off and repressed in and by society.

Then you freeze for fifteen minutes and simply observe and watch what is happening. You notice things. You become the separate observer who steps aside and watches the continuously chattering mind and the body.

In the fifth and final stage you celebrate by dancing around joyously. You do this for fifteen minutes as well.I'm telling you. This has been a real awakening. The body is holding so much fear and anxiety and repression and inhibition and we are so locked into this prison. This meditation was given by a world renowned spiritual master from India named Osho who specifically designed this for the Western mind, since the Western mind finds it almost impossible to sit and just breathe without thinking. The End All in Enlightenment!!!

So fortunate am I to have had the honor of being in communication with a really fantastic author who teaches privately in France and Japan. I emailed him on the subject of Samadhi, which is the Sanskrit for "Awakening". His most recent article appeared in the most recent Lotus Guide and what caught the beat of my all-knowing heart was his mention of ego notions such as "I am hungry" or "I am tired" and the like. It was fascinating to read about how we identify ourselves with so many emotions, feelings, and even outter objects. His remedy for this scared ego-grasping tactic: do the opposite. Say "I am not that". So it's "I am not hunger or hungry" or "I am not tired". The I's don't have it anylonger.

But what has excited me most on this last few steps toward ultimate liberation, freedom and complete self-reliance and full responsibility has been a suggestion that this author and spiritual master has given. His name is Andreas Mamet for those who wish to Google or whatever. He suggested that I order a book from Amazon called Meditation: The First and Last Freedom, by Osho. I've read countless books and articles on meditation. And I've been meditating steadily for quite some time. However, my mind is very difficult to tame in this way, just sitting and closing the eyes and focusing on the breath for 15 to 30 minutes a day.

This book by Osho is the definitive master piece of a guide through various meditation techniques for the busy and easily distracted Western mind. Some techniques call for simply going nuts in dance for 15 minutes, letting the body express itself however it feels. All the while you are observing, watching the actions and the self and the thoughts. By doing this you become the observer separate from mind and its many confines and anxieties. One eventually comes to the question, "Well, if I'm not the thoughts and I am just observing all of this that is happening, then who or what am I?" By the time you get to this question, which won't take long, you will find the answer on your own. And believe me, it will take you to entirely new and more fruitful levels of being.

My hope is that all of you who luck out and are reading this right now will immediately order this awesome and enjoyably read book by Osho. To come out completely clear of all past drama/trama/karma or whatever you want to call it, you are then FULLY able to be present and benefit the entire world in the most adequate and comprehensive of ways. You will have become a true Peaceful Revolution Leader!

In Less Than a Week......

Ok, in less than a week I've had over 90 views of my blogadyblog. So what's the deal? How come so few comments? The title is "Peaceful Revolution Leader". Are people wanting a revolution? And are they expecting to find someone who might inspire them and who might be a true leader? And lastly, are they disappointed to find that the blog tells them that they themselves are leaders and that the only way to lead is by example? This would connote that each of us is fully responsible. Is that a scary thought or something?

Well, the truth is that we are responsible in this sense: We each are fully responsible for our beliefs. If we were born in some distant land in a tribe of Eskimos, we would celebrate the deaths of our elders and not shed a single tear. However, in our land we cry when we lose a loved one. Is either tradition a correct tradition? I cannot say. My heart says no. But I can say that the emotion expressed here with the same cause (death of a loved one) is different and thus we are not subject to irreversable programming. We can choose how we view life and what we believe, and thus we can control our emotional output, which is only a reaction based on these beliefs. If this is so, then we can basically take complete control of our lives and direct them as we choose, all the while hurtling past previously feared obstacles.

What is there to be feared in taking complete control and responsibility of ourselves? I think nothing. I think there is absolutely nothing on Earth to be feared. But what can a single person accomplish by taking complete responsibility for their beliefs and thus behaviors? That's the question right there.

I've seen people who were simply high on life come into the work place and lift the spirits of even the most somber souls. I've seen the power of the confident person appeal so much to others that they emulate this confidence themselves, having noted the benefits they've seen from living this life free from the confines of anxiety. We watch countless films and listen to our favorite musicians and actors as they stand before what amounts to millions of eyes and ears, and in these moments they simply share from their hearts. They play like children and do so without being controlled by fear. And we stand before them in awe, deeply desiring this same freedom. It isn't by some accident that our greatest heroes and role-models are the confident and free artists who do what the opposite of destuction is as their calling.

Leading by example is the only way, and the reason for this is that the childheart within is in constant revolution. We are all rebels to the core. Nobody wants to be told what to do or ordered what to do! But we admire the actors. We admire those who go out and do and let their doings speak for themselves. If only Hitler, Napolean, George W. Bush, and all other controlling people were privy to these truths. What a world there would be if we all took this type of personal responsibility. It takes only one person who fully understands these truths to exemplify the way in a way that affects change within thousands and thus millions. What goes around continues to go around and around.

Sup folks! Billy Guilfoyle here. This is my first professional blog. I'm glad you stopped by, coffee/tea/juice or whatever in hand. I imagine you in a bath rope with nothing on underneath, sitting with one leg crossed over the other and your chin raised up a bit in expectation of wisdom and interesting tidbits from your favorite Guilfoyle.

Boy is it true that this world is filled with illusion. There is a separate and more accurate reality that is only experienced in the conscious quest for the ultimate reality. All of the wise have written of this in the past. You would think that this would be enough to send all on this journey. My Eastern Religions professor once said, "We're all goin ta San Francisco. Some of us will drive straight there in two hours. Some of us will take the country roads and arrive in 4 hours. Some will hit the coast and stay a few nights in Bodega Bay. Some will fly out of Sacramento, teach English in China for a few years, and then fly back to San Francisco International. The point is that no matter what, we are ALL going to San Francisco to eat clam chowder at Fisherman's Warf." Of course he means that the discovery of the actual reality free from illusion is an inevitability. Some will get there quickly. Some will meander a bit. But I'll see you all there eventually.
