Peaceful Revolution Leader

A true leader is one that knows that the only true way to lead is by example. All of us, in essence, are peaceful revolution leaders at our hearts, because we all start off as the perfect example of innocence and beauty. This child exists within us forever. All else can and should fall away to reveal to the world again this child heart within. This is our only true reality. Let us get back to it.

From behind the black sheet with the billions of holes, it is one light that shines through each hole so as to make the sheet light up like the night time sky. Each one of those holes is an individual human eye ball. And all of us are simply the one light that shines behind the sheet. One of the worst things one can do is take themselves seriously.

It has just come to my attention.........

It has just come to my attention after a few hours of sleep and two of the most deep meditation sessions I've ever experienced that everything in my last post is true. But, and this is the biggest but of the realization, so is the opposite. Though the mind was created and draws energy from the negatives we've all been instructed were to avoided at all costs, it has come to my most recent understanding that the mind is also created by that which has been deemed allowable, tolerable, proper, righteous, and good. These two, the negatives and the positives, they are two sides to the same coin. The coin is thought. The mind clings to both and in doing so continues to insist it in fact is an existing entity with an identity that is EITHER bad or good or somewhere along these lines.

Now it is clear what is the difference between "thinking" and "thought", as L.C. Singh had written me in an email. Thinking is concious, whereas thought is unconscious, divided, separate.

True liberation is freedom from the coin itself. Now it finally makes sense what Neo was told by Morphius in the film, The Matrix: "There is a difference between Knowing the path, and walking the path." Liberate yourself from mind.

"Know in thyself and all one self-same soul, bannish the dream that sunders part from whole."

I really enjoyed reading all your posts here. You are very inspired and it is inspiring to follow along. I especially liked your post about love...and about not taking things personally.

I tried an exercise about five years ago...don't take anything personal for a year.

it is very liberating. for one thing, most things don't have anything to do with us. A lot of substance abuse users take things personally. I noticed this while bartending. In crowded rooms these folks think they are offending or affecting the mood. Not so.

ha ha unless someone is stumbling around drunk...but my drift is that after the one year of not taking things personally I felt a lot of stress relief. I feel it was a kind of bad habit we sometimes develop. I am sure it comes froma good place wanting to not offend or wanting to be nice and kind.

Just be kind and don't take things persoanlly. A great amount of peace is associated with this social experiement. you will also start to notice how many people think they are the centre of the universe...and how many people carry guilt worrying they have been taking things way too personally.

Thsi is where a made-up term like "grok" comes is handy.
(From the book, Strager in a Strangeland)
I grok what you are saying. And sometimes there is only taking action left to do.

Wu Wei all the way. Hey Healing Room, good to see you, and you as well Candy. Thanks for the heads up on the blog ban in India. I'm glad they're lifting it. It makes sense that it wouldn't last long in this current world. Peace and trust,
Billy

My dear Billy,

Truth can not remain supressed for long. It has infinite energy for it is simple.
